Success Collective: Mentorship & Meaningful Connections

The 2026 NAAIA–NYC Mentorship Event represents a flagship professional development initiative designed to elevate early-career talent by building on the proven success of NAAIA’s signature Dress for Success programming. This enhanced experience integrates structured mentorship, leadership development, and intentional networking to equip participants with the skills, confidence, and professional presence required to succeed in today’s competitive workforce.

The event will feature a formal Mentorship Ceremony, during which NAAIA–NYC will recognize student participants with a Certificate of Completion for the 2025 - 2026 Mentorship Program, celebrating their dedication, growth, and successful engagement throughout the program cycle. This recognition underscores NAAIA’s commitment to developing future industry leaders and reinforcing accountability and achievement within its mentorship initiatives.

Following the ceremony, participants will engage in interactive Networking Bingo and a high-energy Speed Networking Session, designed to facilitate meaningful connections, encourage cross-industry dialogue, and expand professional networks in a structured yet dynamic environment. Each participant will also receive a professional development book by Rod Patterson, reinforcing the program’s emphasis on leadership, confidence, and long-term career advancement.
