In March, marking a significant moment within the National African American Insurance Association's (NAAIA) focus on professional development, we successfully conducted an enlightening webinar titled "Life Cycle of a Cyber Claim". This pivotal event was part of the NAAIA Webinar Series and was uniquely tailored for claims professionals, unfolding on March 14th at 12 PM EST. The webinar featured an engaging exploration into the cyber claim process, from the moment an incident is detected to the final stages of recovery. Dwight G., renowned for his expertise in claims and risk management and serving as the Programs Committee Chair at NAAIA, led the session as the moderator. His profound knowledge and insightful moderation set the stage for a deep dive into the complexities of cyber claims. Our panel comprised distinguished experts who brought a wealth of experience and specialized knowledge to the discussion: Edmund Brown, noted for his impactful work in DE&I and recruiting at Pierson Ferdinand. Jeanelle Dawes-Ghee Esq., a Cyber Claims Specialist at AXA XL, who shared her legal perspective on handling cyber incidents. Ashley M Hunter, from A.
