Khaleedah is the director of business development at Sedgwick, where she collaborates with clients, risk managers, agents, executives, and colleagues to drive revenue growth for casualty accounts in the tri-state and southeast area. She develops important broker relationships and expands the company's customer relationship management database. Khaleedah also co-chairs Sedgwick's Black colleague resource group, providing colleagues with networking and leadership opportunities.

As Sedgwick’s director of business development, Khaleedah collaborates with clients, risk managers, agents, senior executives and fellow colleagues to drive revenue growth for casualty accounts in tri-state and southeast area (NJ, CT, PA, DE, DC, MD, & VA). By applying a thorough understanding of the industry, she develops and leverages important broker relationships, making true, authentic connections and expanding the company’s customer relationship management database. Khaleedah shows how caring counts in each and every interaction she haswith customers and colleagues alike, bridging gaps between operations, technology, insurance agents/brokers and business development. She also serves as one the founding co-chair of Sedgwick’s Black colleague resource group to provide colleagues with opportunities to expand their networks, build relationships across differences and sharpen their professional and leadership skills.
