As a Senior Underwriter at Freberg Environmental, a Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers Company, Natina brings a thoughtful, solutions‑driven approach to both new and renewal business. She is known for crafting creative marketing strategies, strengthening broker partnerships, and negotiating impactful agreements that fuel long‑term growth.

Before joining Freberg, Natina spent over five years at Everest Insurance, where she played influential roles in both underwriting and employee resource group leadership. Her strengths in policy analysis, engaging sales presentations, and fostering strong wholesaler relationships helped elevate retention and drive success across multiple lines, including General Liability, Pollution Liability, Excess Liability, Commercial Auto, and Workers’ Compensation.

Natina is dedicated to strengthening the insurance industry through meaningful engagement and impactful leadership. She proudly serves as President of the NAAIA New York Tri-State Chapter, sits on the RIMS New York Chapter Board, and contributes to the US Steering Committee for the global Dive In Festival, helping shape conversations and create opportunities that move the industry forward.
